Directions
Cook ground beef in a skillet, drain grease from skillet when done.
Return meat to skillet add Cream of mushroom soup. Fill can 1/2 full of water, mix into skillet, add onion & sour cream and mix some more. Heat on low flame until it gets to boiling (stirring frequently so's not to burn the meat)..
If you are lucky enough to have a rice cooker, you should have started the cooker before you did the sauce. So they would be ready around the same time. If not, make sure you have rice going before you get too involved.
Reduce heat and simmer. Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
Green beans really go good with this. It's also good over toast, if rice is a tactical problem. You should know how to make toast. I have a recipe for that as well, drop me a line if you need it. |
