FDP Cookbook : Side Dishes : The Jam Session Potluck Dinner Dish

Ingredients

Hamburger, 1lb to 2lb as desired
Rice, 6 cups cooked
Salsa, 12 to 16 oz as desired
Cheese, Cheddar and(or) Jack, shredded or thin sliced.
Corn Chips

Directions

Cook rice, Crumble and brown meat, mix meat, rice and salsa in large pan over med/low heat. (I sometimes cook this until some of the rice is browned and crispy)

Put 1 to 2 inch layer of rice mixture in x/large casserol dish. place down a layer of cheese and a then a layer of chips. repeat until mixture is gone. Top off with cheese.
