Right on, lox!

(It goes without saying that's an ash body, BTW)

Natural (nicely figured ash is a huge plus, as is good book-matching), black PG, & maple fretboard.

I just finished a Surf Green Tele with cream binding and a aged-tint maple board!

I also really like black with the cream binding, thinline with an aged moto guard. Maple board of course.

I've got 2 Natural wood color and an orange one. Been thinking about getting a black one. I prefer a maple board.

While I like the original Tele blonde, I ended up putting together a '52 RI parts tele using a WD 2-piece ash cherry sunburst body with a white moto pickguard. Everything else is '52 RI.

I've had it for years now and never tire of looking at it (or playing it!). There's another photo in my profile of me gigging it around 2000-2001 (and playing my CS Nocaster on the couch).

I like the natural wood color on the 72 thinline Tele. Really reminds me of wood ;)

I've had two butterscotch Teles (52 RI and Nocaster) and let them both go. I've found myself desperate for one again. Must have a proper Bakelite p/g, however.
