busta-You have a FB account though right?

It opens for me.

Oh, got to tell you folks there was a thread in Moe's about Chili.
slacker posted a recipe that Mrs Zen and I decided to try. All I can say is wow! We did leave out some ingredients but, the main parts are all in.

Might have to make some for the Jam.

Been a while since I've wandered over here, and looky what I found! Atlanta Jam announcement! I'm gonna try and make the Friday thing you guys do this year. I've never done that, so hopefully I can swing it!

I'm bringing my Vox AC4 this year to help with the volume. Hell, I've gigged bigger rooms than Zen's basement with it and been fine. Might even bring my 76 Vibro Champ w/10" speaker.

Oh, I'll be sending out the info to the guys in the band. We'd love to play about 3-5 songs as a band if we can swing it. If they can make it, that means an extra drummer and bass player.

PUMPED!

I thought Tim got a new amp. He changed his FB cover photo from Orange to Mesa. I haven't had a chance to ask him about it yet. I sent him a text after seeing the jam announcement, asking him if he's gonna make the jam. Still waiting to hear back.

"Hmmm.....You know something we don't know busta?
GG-Think P90 if you do get a new one! : )"

Yeah, busta...you know something that I don't know? Zenland...I actually have TWO P-90 geetars right now...but that means NOTHING by Jam time.ð

Phat Phriday is always a go for me...especially if we go to Atlanta Discount Music. That way I can have visitation with all the gear I have on consignment there. Right now it's just two Strats and a 212 cab, but that could change anytime.

I'm curious to see what ampage that walshb brings. He almost had me going for a Fuchs Blckjack 21 like his, but I do have my Mahaffay and a new Reeves Custom 12, but also still have my "improved" Vintage Sound. It's the same cab as before, just now with a Vintage 22sc inside (single channel DR).

walshb-Yeah LOL I've been known to blow some power supply units useing them for the wrong effects!
Just a bit expensive if they go and nothing else works. Yikes!

mm-I commented on his FB post with the Mesa.
Real curious as to how he likes it.
I owned a Dual Rectifier Maverick Mesa in '94. That amp became a real PITA! So, I would love to hear his Mesa.

gg-Well at least bring one of the P-90's to the Jam if you still have one by Jam time.
;)

Hey guys, is there room for this young NC hack to drop by again? ;-)

I may or may not be picking up a regular gig again, so my chops might be in decent shape again come July. :-)
Sweet! Things are coming together. Our band is on board and should be there as long as there isn't any schedule conflicts.

Also, my pal Terry (drums), who came 2 years is in the same boat. As long as he doesn't run into any scheduling issues, he'll be there.

It is way too early to be this excited about the jam!!!
