Not suitable for the road worn treatment. I agree that it should be all sparkling and shiny. No lame worn patches.

About as ordinary as you can get.

I just wish Paisley would get rid of that stupid hat he wears.

Picked it up and immediately said "Um No!" and put it down. For me the neck was too thick and the body way too light.

I just can't believe the Master of Tele's likes that type of set up. Oh well to each their own.

Probably plays well... just not my thing. IMO.. Cosmetic wise it looks cool, reminds me of the Tele Don Rich used to play for Buck Owens..
After 30 years, I should play better.

I was more wondering why they're shilling a straight rather than 90 degree angle plug in the "recommended accessories" section at the bottom but evidently according to google images that's what he uses.

I bet he could play better if he switched. At least when he was laying around on the couch.

"For me the neck was too thick and the body way too light."

With those characteristics, if it wasn't for the outrageous price these things would be flying off of the shelves.
"With those characteristics, if it wasn't for the outrageous price these things would be flying off of the shelves."

I believe you.. but it's not my preference in a Tele. With me... It's the AM Special with a 9.5 modern C and jumbo frets all the way...

Realistically if you want an unrelic'd one, wait a year or so.

They did the same with the Cobain Jaguar.

Soon after launch, the "unaged" option appared.

Unaged = market-speak for "new".

That'll cost extra.

Nah, it was the same on the Cobain, just more profit since...no time spent mangling it.
