the Little Buttons. No, it's not a B-movie, it's a problem I have with multi-fx pedals. My size 11 1/2's seem to always manage to hit more than one footswitch on some boxes at a time, causing all sorts of havoc. I typically wear sneakers when I play, and they have wide, blunt toes. Even trying to be careful, I often get 2-for-1 when I try to switch effects. I like my Sansamp FlyRig, but that's really tough for me to get only the button I want because they're fairly tightly spaced. The Fender Mustang Floorboard is better, but I can still manage to do 2 at a time.

Individual pedals on a pedalboard could be set up to avoid this, but I do like the neatness of the mfx units. I think the real solution would be pointy-toed cowboy boots.

Yeah, Te52, I'm going to order a pair of those. They seem comfy and stylish too!

I use a few of these on my board which do help when reaching and the “toe tapping” starts.

Sharkie, those big buttons are cool and I can see how they'd help some folks, but they'd only make things worse for me. I could possibly hit 3 of them at the same time. LOL!
