Stay tuned here.

I got two nice (albeit cheap) guitars from the good Reverend. I think all my parts are in. Or what isn't will be tomorrow.

I haven’t done this in a few years. Very much looking forward to the projects.

In all fairness, 5.5 of those fingers are on one hand.

Link to the gallery

The Strat copy is an SX. Ash body. It has a bound neck. It has a white PG but that will never be on the guitar again.

The Tele isn’t going to look much different.

I have a question. I assume that Strat-o-copy clear is poly. Heat gun to remove? And plenty-o-face shield, etc.

I would bet that it's poly.

I love the neck color on the Tele. In fact, I changed my mind about not wanting it. I challenge you to arm wrestling for it. :oD

Back in the day, I used to win beers by arm rassling in the bars. We'll just consider that you owe me a beer. ;o)

Your projects have got me to hankering for one of my own. It's been a long time. Instead of a guitar, I may build a nice wooden pedalboard from scratch.

Yeah, I’d have to use a winch to beat you.

So, a blindfolded arm wrassling match is in order.

I'm a bit of a purveyor of cheap guitars.
Modern manufacturing has come so far that many of these instruments are just perfect for us tinkerers.

I have a 2002 Squier Bullet Strat that I have modded to the point that the only original pieces are the body & neck.
I even paid for a re-fret after 10 years because the neck just feels sooooo good.

It's had at least 5 incarnations and is about to get another very soon. (stay tuned)
It's just lots of fun doing this stuff! (and therapeutic I might add too!)

- SORRY! Just remembered that I'm a righty so... mods, feel free to delete my post :^(
All of those in favor of adopting Mick, signify by raising your left hand.
