My favorite amp has a slow onset of vibrato....it always comes on and works properly, usually after 1 or 2 minutes....I've not observed this in my other Fender amps....perhaps I need to replace a component...Any help much appreciated! Thanx, Rinto

Are you sure that the 12AX7 in V3 is good?
If so, how about its cathode bypass ecaps?

Had the same problem in my 61 super, and it was as pdf64 suggested, a vibrato circuit cathode bypass cap.

About as ordinary as you can get.

I've also seen this in my Fender amps but only one now and then. 12AX7? I thought Vibrato used a 12AT7.
Sounds like a tube to me.

12AX7 is correct. The 12AT7 is typically used for a reverb driver and phase inverter in Fenders but not all.
