I don't have the real estate to grow spuds -- I rely on Idaho and PEI to keep me supplied.<br /> <br /> Those are nice taters Roly -- how did your tomatoes do this year?

NoSoapRadio<br /> <br /> The spuds are about the size of a soft ball.....probably would be useful as weapons...:>)<br /> <br /> Tomatoes have been good....we no longer grow then out doors.<br /> Marg over winters them and takes slips to make more plants.<br /> One thing that's odd is that some of the tomatoes suffer from bum rot....the but end turns brown/black.<br /> <br /> All in all, it's been a good year.....best ever raspberries, chard, potatoes, and carrots.<br /> Cauliflower did not fare that well.<br /> <br /> Thanks for your interest.<br /> <br /> cheers
