I'll get some more playing time in today and get more pictures too. The short version. This is big bang for the buck!

Under the plate. Unfortunately they wired it lefty so I'm going to swap that over now and restring.

The price of this guitar belies the quality.

First off, Happy Birthday!

Secondly, I'm glad that one of these gems found it's way to you!

I know that you will give this guitar a decent shake down and review, because I think that MK uses good quality components and woods and once it is tweaked to your specs, it will satisfy that nitch you crave for Tele ownership!
First off, is this an alder body with a maple cap or is it one of their ash bodies? Electronics seem to be of good quality but does it have their own pickups or something special?
I have dreamed of buying one of their Tele offerings but wanted to go with the TV JONES specials because I think they do a great one-up compared to Fender's Tele/Carbonita!
Oh, and did it come with the 4 way switch or standard 3 way?
I'm really stoked for you there, my fellow Gemini!
Details, gotta have them details. ..... slacking off there buddy! Lol
Very nice........

Nice guitar, Eric!

I've been itching for a tele with a mini bucker in the neck. My buddy has one in his Fender and it sounds sweet. Maybe I could talk MK or Kurt at Rondo into making a lefty.

This guitar impresses!

The neck seems a normal 1.69" width and a decent C. Not overly slender. It's like an AmStd (based on the 2011 AmStd Strat I had a few years ago). So it's not the import-scrawny neck we so-often find.

The pickups are custom-wound Rockfields made for the guitar. Not offered through Rockfield's web site - I checked. The bridge pickup ohms out around 10k and the neck around 9.5k. Pots are Korea-made full sized 500k. All that culminates in some great Tele tones. The pickups don't sound overwound. They're also pretty quiet.

The four position switch is a treat with both pickups in series sounding HUGE.

Guitar weighs in at 7.8 lbs.

Alder body with maple cap.

I just put a set of Rumpelstiltskin Black Knights in my Agile Tele-clone and it does that darker early Tele tone in spades now. This is a brighter Tele tone. But also excellent Tele tones.

Honestly, I would compare this guitar more with an AmStd than a MIM.
