Are your prayer beads maple or rosewood?

But we're in disagreement about whether to go for a harder edged song like "Monkey Wrench" or "The Pretender" versus a 'calmer' song like "Times Like These" or "Learn to Fly"...
And our drummer is a bit of a newby, so any of those songs where he drops a beat may not work.
Plus I'm the singer, so I'm not keen on any of those "throat shredders" that Dave likes to do.
So what are you playing, and how does the crowd like it?

We do "Learn to Fly" and "For All the Cows" in my '90s cover band.

Lots of great Foos songs, but Taylor Hawkins and Dave Grohl are phenomenal drummers so watch out.

The guys at the local Buskers night did Learn to Fly and Wheels this week. Both great songs and not too hard for vocals/ drummers.
Everlong goes over well; that was on our setlist a long time.

It takes a drummer that can play 16th on the hats like a tambourine.

The Pretender is fun. It has that one little 1-measure bridge a couple of times, so slightly tricky. There is voice-shredding at the end, tho. Another good one is "Hey, Johnny Park!". Really fun to play.
