Last year I bought my first custom shop strat, a 2015 1959 journeyman relic in daphne blue. I really love the guitar and plan on keeping it for a long time. It is supposed to be a limited edition made exclusively for the NAMM show to roll out a new model.

From what I can tell there were only a couple of them made in this color. I bought it from CME and they used this guitar for their demo video. So my question is is this NAMM guitar anything special compared to the regular custom shops?

I can't answer your question but I have a Tele that was also a NAMM special..

I would imagine that its value would increase more so based on being a NAMM show limited addition...

posting pictures would be nice

Yes i have the coa and it comes with a certificate that states it was made for the namm show. I know they made more of them after namm, but not in this color.
