Man I'm blown away at the fit & finish and overall quality of this instrument. I already own a classic vibe signature Neil Simon strat and a classic vibe pine 50's tele so I know how awesome these guitars and now the thinline that came today just blew me away.
The neck and fretboard one piece with shunk stripe is quater sawn maple! wow.
Only weakness is the input jack and to a lesser degree the pots and switch. I ususally upgrade them while leaving the stock pickups.

Is the

claasic

vibe a special order?

Seriously, congrats. I've been semi-seriously looking for a used CV Tele for sale locally for quite a while....with no luck. The folks at GC & the pawn shops say all types of Teles are hot sellers.

Many, many people will never really appreciate or accept the fact that the CV guitars are such good quality. Simply because of the fact that they have Squier on the headstock.

But that could be a good thing because the price has already increased but may be much more expensive if considered to be really good guitars.
