I'm not much of an acoustic guy but I decided I need an acoustic electric. My other acoustics all have f holes and no electronics so playing out is a hassle.
It's the dreadnought masterbilt. It sounds great to me. It's got an undersaddle and a magnetic pickup at the end of the fretboard. I've only plugged it into my electric guitar amp to make sure everything works so I don't know about the amplified sound yet. I did find out my e-bow works on the neck pickup so this should be lots o fun.
Here's a crappy phone pic so I'm in compliance with FDP rule #68, or whatever it is. Sweetwater takes better pictures than me if you really want to see it.

It also arrived in tune and perfectly set up with a bone nut and compensated bone saddle. I like the plek machine setup.

I just bought one of these used at Guitar Denter today. Unfortunately, it was 1 day shy of being off of "police hold," where they have to hang onto it for so many days before it can be released. I explained that I lived 50 miles away, and they said no problem, they would ship it in the Road Runner hard case that came with it tomorrow. This makes no sense to me, but hey, it's their money...

Here's mine, held hostage at the Champaign, IL Guitar Center until tomorrow....

Almost all the Masterbilts I've played have been pretty impressive - nice woods, well built, and nice tone. The Chinese are making some nice acoustics these days.

My experience with an Epiphone Masterbilt EF-500RA (and it's 2 replacements) turned me off. That was 10-11 years ago, so maybe things have gotten better.

That looks nice Schundog. I bet you'll like it. I've played mine at 4 different venues now and it sounded great everywhere. I just got home from an outdoor gig with it, 40 degrees and windy but it stayed in tune even though my fingers went numb halfway through the first song. The pleking is great, first guitar I've bought in a while, maybe ever, that I haven't taken the files to.
