I bought this guitar a few years ago as I hadn't had a classical for some years and I was interested in learning a little bossa nova. I messed with it awhile but set it aside a good year ago and didn't get it out until this afternoon after reading the Willie Nelson "Trigger" thread (a Martin N-20 classical guitar).

Part of why I did was to see if I wanted a smaller body steel string but partly to check on it. This is a solid wood guitar with solid mahogany back and sides and a cedar top. Made in La Patrie, Canada and owned by Seagull (I believe). I pleased at how good it sounded after resting for about a year.

These things are a heckuva deal at less than $500 for a nicely made and finished solid wood classical.

It's hard to beat LaSiDo products - they're almost always an incredible value.
