That's really really where I'm from!

Been considering getting me a nice custom shop Fender, the '51 Nocaster to be precise. But I noticed that the majority of these guitars come in Nocaster Blonde finish. No problem with that but the Blonde color Tele is so generic and common.

I noticed on the Wildwood page that they are also offered in pink, green, blue and red but they seem like quite a rarity. Are there other interesting colors that they come in. What would be your favorite choice of color on a Nocaster? I'm not interested in the Blonde version. Thank you!

I have a Nocaster in a violin burst. It stand out more compared to the standard blonde or butterscotch version. More of the caramel color you see on a violin with a bit of burst to it. It is different and I like it!

I have a 2001 in the blonde finish.

Once I saw a Nocaster in Aztec gold, it was stunning!

You can get any color you want from the CS, it'll be team-built one-off, probably an upcharge, but if Fender offers a certain color, you can get it.

I recommend a relic, I think they're the best, but not every color looks good as a relic. For example, the Fender Copper color is awesome but I don't think I'd want that color relic'ed, same with a sparkle color, etc. If you want a real fancy-shmancy color, get NOS or Closet Classic.

You should get what you want, but you should also get the best guitar too. I don't even like the blonde color, but that's what they were back in the day, and over the years it's grown on me, because it's such a great guitar.
