Please bring them back! They are impossible to find and the only ones available are steadily climbing in price. Due to the slightly out of the ordinary for a jazz archtop looks (paisly sound hole) I waited too long to pull the trigger when they were available. I promise to not make that mistake again. I fondly remember the tone, the modern contemporary looks, the feel and satisfaction I had playing these guitars in the acoustic room of Guitar Center. Just after the Fender acquisition, they were gone in a flash.

This guitar filled a very important niche in the archtop range... The step between the $600 Epiphones and Ibanez's and the $3,000 Sadowsky's and Harmony's on up to the super pricey Gibsons. This gap is now filled by Chinese manufacturers like Peerless and Eastman churning out copies of Benedetto models.

The Tacoma was truely unique and beat myself for not recognizing it until it was too late.

:(
