I've a few items I'd like to shift and Reverb seems to be generally rated but when I try to find out about shipping on the UK Reverb site it defaults to the USA page based on ZIP codes.

Any ideas?

I found this on the page footer under *SELL ON REVERB > Shipping Guide*:

*How do I calculate shipping costs?*

"USPS, UPS, and FedEx offer shipping calculators for United States International orders. For countries outside of the US, check with major carriers in your country about shipping rates for international orders."

I hope Reverb works better in teh UK than it does in AUS. I've had an account with them for 4 years and have listed 30+ items... never sold one!

It's a great platform and so much cheaper than fleabay, but just seems to be virtually unknown here :^(

Thanks Mick. Some comments on the web suggest uptake has been slow in the UK as well although they're from a year or so ago so hopefully things have picked up.

I don't know if it's unknown, or if music gear just isn't moving as well any more. I suspect the latter. We need another EVH type to come along and spark some interest in playing guitar.

FWIW, since 2015 all those 30+ items I'd listed on Reverb (AU) of them were sold either through gumtree or ebay.

I can only conclude that musicians here, just don't use it (Reverb) as source for buying used gear. Also, each of these services has "views" counters, and Reverb is consistently way less than half of what the other two get.

Ironically/sadly, gumtree is owned by ebay but it does provide listings for free with no selling fees.
