Like riding a bike. But I could've used some training wheels a few times. Wow, that was fun, thanks to my BIL's tight band. Dragged out some people I haven't seen in decades too. Just when ya think a fires out, some flames start a-flickerin'.

Awesome! Sounds like it went really well.
I've sat in with a few bands, and it's always been fun, almost like a jam. Of course, it helps having a tight band that knows what they're doing!

The trio is drums, B3, guitar. My BIL holds down the bass (very well I might add) with his left hand and feets. Their guitarist is a monster who can pretty much Terry Kath 25/6/4 note for note. Always so much better being propped up as a sit in with players like this.

Cool, I’m sure you had a blast,

though the B3 thing kind of depresses me. Being replaced by a keyboard, probably why I never liked the “Doors” and that singer, reminds me of Bill Murray’’s SNL Lounge Lizard shtick.
