I'm not surprised I didn't see it.. My wife claims I should be declared legally blind..

I think I see fine, she just hides things in plain site so I can't find them.

As a kid I liked Fort Apache, and had the Fort Apache figurine battle set. Wish I still had it!

How about “Once Upon A Time In The West?” What a great movie that is.

Plus one on “The Unforgiven.”

“The Westerner” is one of my favs. 1939 with Gary Cooper and Walter Brennan. Judge Roy Bean (Brennan) becomes infatuated with and searches for the English actress Lillie Langtree. There is humor in this one. Cooper, the protagonist eventually wins out in the end as things get serious. If you haven’t seen it, do. It’s well worth it. Walter Brennan won his first of three supporting actor Oscars for this one.

I saw and enjoyed that decades ago but couldn't remember what it was called. Will have to check it again. Thanks, TF.

What about Jeremiah Johnson? -- I watch it whenever it's on.

It's out west, there's injuns, horses, and cavalry.

What, no mention of "The Searchers" yet?

One of John Wayne's best, co-starring a young Natalie Wood.

An iconic western, I watch it every chance I get.
