"How do some of you all stay in the same job for many years? "

Well in my case I had an engineering job with the same company for decades, but we worked on a number of different project thru the years. So the actual work changed from time to time as the projects changed, all while working for the same company.

If you are asking if I could, say, work an assembly line doing the same exact thing for years, no, I could not do that.
