Plug-in Alliance has Brainworx bx_rooMS discounted from $99 to $29 today. Since I treat reverb like an instrument, I fell for the deal. Won't have time for a while to try it out, but...$29.

BTW, this required a voucher code that was included in their solicitation. I don't know if it's available on their site without an account.

Can you please elaborate on "reverb as an instrument"?

They have good deals over there. I really like their Bx Console series. I think I got one on sale for half price, which then opened up the others for a permanent discount, which coupled with their email promotions to allow me to get a 350 dollar plugin for like 79 bucks or something. Nice.

Just a funny way of saying I'm a reverb whore. It's pretty much all over everything I record.

Ever since I got the UA kit they keep sending me coupons for deals on their plug-ins. I have enough for now. If I find a need I will step up to the bar but not until then.

Ken, with a 7 year old 64 bit/Win 7 laptop operating Pro Tools 10 (32 bit) I should probably not invest any more into this unit. I see Softube already abandoning 32 bit support. But 29 bucks, ehh...

Leftee, I looked at your post several times yesterday and scratched my head. Today the light went, lol. Now go to your room.

That is a good thought but, there are ways to use 32 bit plugins in a 64 bit system. It just requires.......wait for it..........another plugin.

I couldn't justify buying a reverb plugin (as much as I love Little Plate, it was a freebie for Tape Op folks for a while)….

Not when I was able to get a Lexicon MPX500 for under $100.

Egads, I got a trembling finger ready to poke the confirm button on yet another...Brainworx_Masterdesk, discounted to $69 today only. I really don't need it, but it would be nice to have an all-in-one mastering plugin for quick mixes.
