FDP Forum / Fender Guitars: Stratocasters / Tremolo arm that doesn't bend

Aug 9th, 2018 04:38 AM   Edit   Profile

Does anyone know of a tremolo arm that is stiff enough so that it has no flex in it? I find that the flex in the ss arm that I have make control less precise and would like an arm that has no flex.

Every Fender vibrato arm I've ever used had some flex to it.

The only way that I've been able to overcome that is to replace it with a bridge that has a non-threaded 6mm hardened steel pop-in arm.

This one...which is amazingly good. I have it on my 2000 AS Strat.
