Found a Strat for sale. The neck says Fender Stratocaster but has a series of numbers below that are weird. No skunk stripe. Guitar body has neck plate that says Squire and it has a 1 ply white pickguard. Seller is not able to help and this thing is a long drive away so was hoping for a clue here.

Decal below Fender Stratocaster says with synchronised tremelo
Below that is a series of 3 , 7 digit patent numbers

Can you post a link to pics?
Decals are easy to source or even make these days.
Could just be a clever partscaster or total counterfeit.
Unless it was an absolute steal AND a great player, I'd give it a miss. But that's just me.
Pics would certainly help though...

It was sold. I think it was a Squire of some sort with a fake decal. The price was right for what it was. Thanks for the input Mick.
