Other than for a real fashion victim, neither in nor out. But the brand and cut might be crucial to those in the know. I`d recommend hugely expensive skin tights with several rips across the legs showing tanned flesh. As in Peegoo`s pic. Otherwise Levi`s.

Mr.Goo

Looks like the woman in your picture has spent a fair amount of time on her knees.

It's either black jeans or that black dress, take your pick :)

I have a pair of black Levis. I wear them every week, one or two days if I don't get food or mud on them the first day. They are somewhat faded, but uniformly so.

I wear jeans every day. I wear dress pants to church Sunday morning; jeans the rest of the time.

You guys are pretty mean, aren’t you?

My name is not Ken! My name is Earl! (Steve). Hey, Steve Earl.

Off subject, but I’m wearin’ those black jeans.

BTW, I wear jeans everyday also. Sometimes I wear jeans to church!

"Black Jeans" and "Levis" are neither mutually exclusive, nor collectively exhaustive.

You are welcome!

Black Levi's. They are my go to dress up pant. I hate Dockers and dress slacks.

I have a black pair that are maybe 10 years old, faded just right, that I wear to gig in. I have a couple pair of newer ones that I use for dressier occasions.

Wear 'em man!

My every day thing is a pair of 501s. Office or field.

It's more about the cut. if they're 1990's "relaxed" fit, then chuck them. If they fit well without excessive extra material, then wear them.

...I have seen a few old episodes of Friends recently - holy moly men's clothes in the 90s were comically baggy.

These black jeans fit very well, I'm surprised.

But, I did get rid of 8 pair of "90s" baggy pants. Wow, they were bagggggeeee!

Thanks you guys, I'm going to wear them and see if anyone laughs.

I have three sisters, all younger. When I would go on a date (high schoolish age) they would sit on the couch and wait for me to come down the stairs from getting dressed. If they didn't laugh I would keep going...if they laughed, I'd have to go back and find another combination to wear.

Black is always a good choice, always hip.
The one problem with black jeans is that the dye gets streaky. Turning the jeans inside out when washing helps.

I don't wear Levi's anymore and I've never owned black jeans. Plus, I don't have much hair and I'm getting a tad pudgy. So, what's the point? ;o(

Depends on what you pair them with.
White tennis shoes and a tucked in woven shirt? Hard pass.

Untucked knit or Graphic T with cool kicks? Game on.

In, with straight, slim, or skinny fit; nothing baggy or "relaxed". My preferred dress is all black, all the time...even at church. We're pretty modern though, so it's quite common.

What size are they? If they fit me, I'd be happy to wear 'em.

Current fashion isn't really a concern of mine. Fit and comfort are my thing.

Agreed, and durability, which Levis are no longer.
