I'm back with the otters again

Okay so sometimes I'm a bit of a wack job...
I came across two images, years ago now, that I want to find again and learn of their origins. These two images either moved me or are something that I want to use as inspiration in a future project but I've reached a dead end in my internet searches because search engines are designed now to sell you things and not much more.

The first image is a work of I suppose photoshop. Its of a violin modified to have the features of a stratocaster complete with pickups and a whammy bar. I just remember it to be so well done looking like an advertisement for an actual instrument by Fender. I can't find the image at all. It is not a real image of anything but the photoshop work is excellent and believable.

The second image is a corruption of Micheal Angelo's Creation of Adam but with god handing Adam a silver or off-white stratocaster. Again, its well done and I believe its an actual painting. I have a copy of the image but I want to have a reprint made or I want to purchase a copy from the artist who did this. I can't find any information on the artist.

Yup. Thats the one. I'd like it as a 3ft X 5ft oil painting in my workshop or living room.

Yea I really could dig Jimi in this but the guitar is wrong and that just makes the whole thing wrong. Someone was lazy -- shame.

The first version, linked by LRO, is nice. The Jimi one, not so much, really - but it was meant to be an advertisement.

I looked around the internet but could not find any further info on this, or any sort of painting or print for sale. I did find a few online stores that sell guitar art, mostly prints, but, surprisingly, I did not see any of this version.

I tried the Google image search thing (using a link/address of the guitar version), but it resulted only in the original version.
Google was not able to discern the guitar, apparently.
