A sort of boutique builder.
Think Anderson, Suhr, etc.

I searched the forums and nothing turned up.

LsL is Lancelot sherman Lerman the owner ... they are sold by Sweetwater now and run about $2k ~ $3k. Couple of good newer reviews there. I have had good luck with Sweetwater and they have a good return policy so you can try and buy without worry.

It seems like the Fender CS has created this niche for relic’d guitars with the big money their CS relics go for.

A guy at our local buskers night had an LSL Tele a couple of years ago. It looked identical to an AV52RI. I'm not sure if he's still got it. He's a monster player, with Bogner and Axe Fx gear and Suhr, Gibson and Fender CS guitars and an original 62 Strat. He's also just spent £11k on an early '60's 335.

Given his other gear, I would imagine that the LSL is a pro quality guitar. Funnily enough I can't remember if I played it or not.
