Are these re-issues and if so, what do I need to look for if I am buying them. Does Fender actually sell them?

On Fender website they sell the set, you may find just the bridge on Ebay or Craigslist.

Anything to look or or be concerned about when purchasing a Nocaster bridge pickup...should I be concerned with the type of magnet in it or wound?

If you are buying a used set there is always the chance that it is not what it is advertised as. I am pretty sure this would be a lower output pup either way. Other than that I got nuthin.

You would want to check it for ohms before installing it. I bought a new set of 64 RI and the bridge was dead, did not know this until I had it wired and strung up. Always check so you arent wasting time.
