"Best all-around electric guitar ever made!"
Every time I play my Gibby ES-335 I break into the blues within a minute and have to really force myself to play anything but the blues. It must be a conditioned response.
BTW I Love the guitar!

I sit here looking at my Epiphone 335 Pro and feel ashamed. :-/
In 1978 or 79 I bought a beautiful 67 cherry red 335 for $400. If I could go back to 1986, I'd kick my @$$.
Actually the Epi is pretty nice. But....

Littlemuch, nothing to be ashamed of . I have had several epi dots over the years and they were great guitars. I hear the 335 pro is pretty awesome . Upgraded pickups was a smart move on epis part. We all have had guitars that we regretted selling over the years.

I had a '68 that I paid $300 for, in '71. Sold it around 1988 or so for $850 and thought I did great! lol
I eventually replaced it with a 339, and try not to look back too often. It actually sounds just as good as what I remember of the 335, and is easier to play when sitting down. ;)
