should've educated themselves on electricity before they climbed the fence and tried stealing copper wire from that power substation.

The life-saving information they needed is free and easily available,

We all know that the masses tune out when given boring information without animation. That's why on TV, Big Pharma delivers its drug side effects warnings without an accompanying cartoon of Wile E Coyote having diarrhea, hives, stroke and flatulence.

There was a recent discussion here about Dave Barry's humor; that's why I posted a link to the vid.

If it sounds familiar, it's because it's a word-for-word read of his column entitled Socket to Them. It can be found in the compilation book Dave Barry's Bad Habits.
