I have a Strat with a poplar body. (Please no comments about the body. It's super light on my back.) I need more beef due to playing more rock now. Between these 2 pickups, the S.D. Hot Rails, and the Dimarzio Super Distortion (both single coil size), has anybody had any experience with either of these? I'll be using the stock 250K volume pot so my Texas Specials will still sound good in the neck and middle positions.

Alternative suggestion: Get a good booster pedal or a GEQ pedal like the Boss GE-7.

This will give you all of the output you need/want/desire and more. Plus, the GE-7 will allow you to shape the tone.

Your guitar will remain unmolested and you will have more flexibility.

Why do I keep fixing things that work?

The Dave Murray Strat uses the Seymour Duncan hot rail pickups you mentioned and I like the tone and dynamics of these.
The only experience I have is with the Dimarzio Super Distortion is the DP-100 humbucker and have installed this pickup on several guitars with great results. In spite of the name 'super distortion', the pickup has good clarity and hugs nicely too! Have no experience with the single coil model, but it is my go-to pickup in the bridge position for 25.5" guitars.

I'm a fan of the Hot Rails.

If you're moving this way for more punch and humbucking operation for less noise, consider a Cool Rails and a boost or overdrive pedal. This combo is way more versatile.

To throw another one in the mix, what about the single coil size JB?

The JB Jr is a good one. If you're playing classic rock and electric blues, it will work great.

The Li'l 59 is better (to my ear, because it's slightly lower power). Bigger, broader clean tones than the JB Jr. But it raunches up nicely with an overdrive.
