Pedestrian's rights were certainly different then and still some horses around.
Lots of jay walking too.

VERY cool!

The really puzzling thing for me is the clarity of the images; this was 1945. It's now 2017 and every last video of bigfoot is blurry and out of focus.

I'm guessing mounted on a bracket. Now, down here where I live, there are potholes, probably due to the soft ground. Manhattan is on a hard rock, and the car did not hit potholes.

My wife and I really heart NY.

Look at the road surface... it's almost completely smooth. But then it again it didn't get hammered with the traffic of today.

I live and drive in NYC. Nobody is obeying a 25 mph speed limit unless the traffic is sufficiently heavy that you cannot go faster.
