He is a Norwegian author and musician. He has written a series of crime detective books whose main character is Harry Hole. He's (the main character) an alcoholic and goes by his own rules but is a top notch investigator.

Anyhow, I read book seven, "The Snowman" which has been made into a film (that I till haven't seen yet), but it is nonetheless, a good crime novel.

I have been reading the Harry Hole series and I'm into the fourth novel. Just a heads up yo all you crime novel fans that these are worthy a look-see.

I've read all of the Harry Hole books that have been translated into English. I love them all but "The Snowman" is my favourite.

Jo Nesbo isn't just an author, he's a musician and an economist too.

I read mostly non fiction, I don't think that is likely to change soon unfortunately.

I just looked him up on my library’s website. Another series he’s done is called “Doctor Proctor’s Fart Powder?”

HD, I can't vouch for that one. I'm just reading the Harry Hole series.
