A guy on the SteelGuitarForum dot com just posted this.
That's all I know for now.
I wasn't able to find anything on the internet, except they seem to be having a huge 25% off liquidation sale on a bunch of stuff.

Boy, that sucks. I recently bought one of their bass combos and was thinking to get a 2X10 extension cab: no longer listed on the site.

One of the better PA systems I've ever experienced was a Carvin. A sad day when a major manufacturer drops off the track.

That's too bad. They have been around a long time and built some innovative and excellent stuff.

The Kiesel guitar part will remain and is unaffected, by this. I use a Carvin neck on my Stratocaster from when they were a single company and it is superb.

WOW.

Very sad. I like their stuff!

Mojo to all the workers and their families that have stuck with Carvin over the years.

Another San Diego County guitar/bass icon bites the dust, very sad indeed. First Center City Music, then Buffalo Bros, then Guitar Trader.....

If someone had told me 15 years ago that Moze Guitars and The Blue Guitar would have outlasted the above mentioned shops I wouldn't have believed them. At least Kiesel is sticking around, for now anyway.
