I miss guys like Barry Sanders. Score a TD, hand the ref the ball. No spin, no shimmy, no pretending to poop the football...

It's why I gave up on the NFL a number of years ago.

I prefer baseball. I like the way Aaron Judge hits a moonshot and just puts his head down and runs.

Yep, act like you've been there before, the ultimate show of confidence. Marcus Allen was that way.

That said I don't mind some celebrating, but what Beckham did was disgusting.

"The Giants lost the game in the final seconds, 27-24."

Nothing funnier than watching a player in the highlight reel celebrating like an idiot and then going on to lose the game.

the dude just hasn't grown up yet...it's ok to be happy and show some emotion, but to act out or imitate something is just over the top.....

there were a few guys years ago that would celebrate in a way that wasn't, at least to me, offensive, like Billy "White Shoes" Johnson for instance

#13..Unsportsmanlike conduct!....15 yard penalty

I am a fan of celebrations--the Skins' Fun Bunch, Tony Gonzales dunking the ball over the crossbar, the one guy that made a snow angel, the Lambeau Leap, it's fantastic.

It's Karma that OBJ's team lost the game after that, same with Randy Moss wiping his behind on the goal post. On one level both of these are amusing, but if you're trying to promote a game that families can enjoy, these are out of place. That said, if you've been to an NFL game in the last 15-20 yrs, it's no place for kids at all. But that's hidden from TV, so what OBJ and Randy Moss did, while meshing with the general attendance, does not jibe with the NFL's TV image.

Unfortunately for him, his celebrations will have to wait until next year if he's lucky.

So Giants so far dominating Denver. I feel so bad for John
Elway. He is such a sweetheart. Maybe he will pick up one of the proven QBs on the market. Ironic, no?

God works his ways for the Giants. The good triumph.
