My iPhone 7 and iPad both updated without any issues as all. You will have to log back into the iCloud after the update.

Also go to the App Store soon after to see if any apps need updating, my Verizon app needed an update.

Ugh. It looks like PocketGK is at the end of the line.

It's time for a new iPad anyway, this one is five years old next month and is starting to get really slow with the newest ISO updates. I'll keep this one on iOS 10 dot whatever for a practice tool and pick up an new 128gb wi-fI model.

Three phones, two iPads, two Apple TV's, and a watch updated. All work great so far. Love the new iOS! Can't wait to add an iPhone 8 and an X to that group.

Just updated my ipad. I use my ipad a lot for work and have a bunch of procedures I need to do my job in Pages. A number of my docs won't open and it says the file does not exist. I may need to re-import a bunch of them.

Not real happy so far.

Well, I fell into a deal on a clearance iPad Pro 9.7" that I couldn't pass up. Only 32gb, but considering it took me 5 years to fill my current 16gb iPad that should be fine. I'm a heavy user of iCloud for bigger files.

I update my iPhone 7 Plus last night. Out of the gate there were 4 app updates which I also did.

I like it! The phone seems to run smoother. Looking through the release notes I saw that it is 64 bit. So I expect to see a lot of app updates.

Firefox was the first of the updates. It seems to run much smoother. Not that is was bad before. But it seems to scroll and respond smoother now.

The swipe up panel is muy different. But, so far, nothing that isn’t easy to figure out.

The only thing I'm having problems understanding is the split screen / multitasking on the iPad. The User Manual describes a line dividing the two apps, saying you can adjust the size of each by dragging the line. So far I haven't even seen this so-called line. Other than that my iPad seems to be running a bit faster than before.

Cool! I still think I'll wait a week or so before I update my iPhone 7, but the new iPad Pro updated as a part of my setting it up this morning. It looks good so far.

This seems to be a pretty nice update. The phone feels snappier and the photo effects are cool. Messaging looks a bit cluttered now with all the options for links, but it's not too bad.

I tested Maps via CarPlay on the way to work today. There's now lane guidance and speed limit displays. The graphics have been revamped as well. I like major iOS updates because it also freshens up the in-car experience if your so equipped. There are people out there that think an iOS update will brick CarPlay in their new-ish vehicles. lol

Both my iPhone 7 and the new iPad Pro are on 11 now. I think I like it.

Justin, you can turn off most but not all of those icons cluttering the bottom of the Messenger window - swipe right in the region until you get to the three dots and then edit. There are slide switches for each app.

One thing I turned right off is the new color adjustment feature - I want my colors to be consistent.

Other than looking a bit different, I don’t notice any performance difference on iPhone 7+ or iPad Air.

Found out that files created with older versions of Pages are not compatible with the updated version for IOS11 and there is no way to convert them.

I need to come up with another solution for all my files or reimport them all into Pages again.

Huge performance boost on my 5 year old iPad. Still getting used to the new features but so far this is a noticeable performance upgrade. It is faster and snappier than when I first bought it.
