Here's a photo of my collection of tube amps, as of yesterday.

An embarrassment of riches or"not bad, but you need more"? (:oD

Nice. Are the Vibroverbs original ones?

No, the 63 Vibroverb combos are early 90's reissues. I've never played through a vintage 63 VV, but these RIs sound so incredible that I don't really care (nor can I afford) the "real thing."

Leftee - Yes! I just finished about three hours working on this solo instrumental guitar project in my home studio.

It took me about five or more months to get into the retirement groove, but I really like it now.

In about 2 years, hopefully I'll be posting a similar pic. Well, different amps, but you know what I mean! ;)

Nice collection!!!

That'll do just fine for now, sir.

I only keep one around, but...I have two other SS amps to keep it company and enough effects to kill a UPS guy.

Rob - I have some modeling and SS amps too (Mustang III ver 2, Boss Katana 50 & G-DEC 3 Thirty).

I have a lot of FX pedals, but probably not "enough effects to kill a UPS guy." (:oD

Yeah, those are some nice noise-makers - "retirement buddies," as it were. (;^)

Nice collection!
I have been selling my collection down to the point that I'm now down to a Princeton Reverb RI, a solid state Mustang III, and a TC Electronic RH 450 bass head. Half the time, when recording, I plug the bass straight into the recorder.

FYI - I retired early at age 61. Thank God I was able to do this from a financial perspective and had started planning the year before.

I spend most of my time playing guitar, writing songs, recording and practicing with my band.
