@K-9: Joe; A suggestion, (and food for thought) in that there is no horn section, that entire section of stage will be open. Usually we place the horn section, drums, and bass on the stage; the guitar amp line is the first one foot of the stage front. There should be enough room for the Leslie and the rest of the Keyboard rigs you want to use. And you know my theory, (I love that Leslie sound) I WILL MAKE IT FIT!!!!!

FYI for everybody; I took it upon myself to "invite" a couple of drummer friends, besides the usual players that come, to help fill in some of the blanks. (G-Man is aware of what I am about to state.) I promise you, every song we do, "WILL" have a drummer.

The "Voices" in my head all agree; this Jam will be AWESOME, and then some. See you all soon.

Guys, I regret to inform you I cannot attend the jam :o(

My company was re-competing for a DoD contract and we were edged out by a competitor, so as of Monday I will be unemployed. So I will be working the boards getting into my next gig over the next few weeks.

Time to sell some of my gazillion guitars so I can eat :o) I'll be A-ok, don't you worry about me :o) Having a sugar mama helps!

Rock the pavilion, y'all!

I got just got back from the Fall Water-Front Jam in Maryland. Me and the "Voices in my Head" are all "Cranked Up" and "Chomping at the Bit" for Clamfest.

LET THE GAMES BEGIN !!!!!!!

PS: Does anybody know what the "Statute of Limitations" are in Maryland? (Use your imagination!)

Geno
Sorry to hear that brother. In our business (defense) that's business as usual unfortunately

But you will land butter side up. Hard to find good help and great producers like you are indeed rare. So regroup and plan. I saw some Cleared people hiring events in your area. Google them and check em out

I will take your slots off and offer them to the masses

Geno, that is a bummer. I'm sure you will land on your big feet. If you reconsider, I'll cut you a big chunk of crumbcake that you can feast on for a few days.

The weather is looking awesome.

Gman dropped off his crate of electrical goodies.

Last minute substitution on the menu. Chicken wings instead of clams. Pl

Plenty of good eats and drinks. $8pp put your money in the jar as you come in. It's honor system.

I think we have the gear we need on hand with gman's crate, my stuff, griz's stuff and socko's stuff and teck talents.

PA will be a little smaller with no horn section.

I think Griz is handling the drumkit. Anyone bringing a bass amp?

Time to practice and learn my tunes

Alen had to drop out so that opens up a bunch of guitar slots

So one last push to sign up before Saturday....

I will make any changes sent to me. Gary will print the tote board, Johnny Socko will set up the PA- any one who wants to play roadie for John is much appreciated. Chickie is always good for set up and break down. Always a few clammers around early enough to help out

make it happen brothers....
make me proud, play it loud!

"Guardian of the List"; Your's Truly is Psyched and ready to go!!! We will not let you down.

@ The Supreme Jam Commander; that is affirmative, drum & percussion equipment is packed and ready for transport. (The voices in my head supervised the packing, so we are good to go.) I will be there before you open the gate.

@ Johnny Socko; I will have my "Sound Bag" in the P.E.R.V (Party Equipment Response Vehicle) if you need any extra gear for sound.

@ Littlehand; KEEP OFF THE GRASS !! (Your Welcome Pete.)

The voices in my head all agree: "The Mighty Minions of Music" are out of the woodshed and will ROCK THE HOUSE !!!

See you at OTL

More Tom Petty songs.

I hope 'Viva Las Vegas' is not on the list. That would be inappropriate at this time.

I'll be out of state on Oct. 7th. No clapping, please.

My Fellow Brethren of Clamfest (or Wingfest?)

Get OUT of the woodshed!!!! It is time. The weather Gods have decided to cooperate with the Gods of music. WE ARE READY!! Bring on the "Joyful Noise" of the Clamfest Jam.

"Ni-Che-Um-Bala-Wala" (The Eagle is on the perch)
[I'll explain tomorrow]

The voices in my head have decided that this will be an awesome event. See you all soon.

Should be another fantasmo jammo.

Gear check list.

PA: Should be covered but ¼” to SpeakON adapters may be needed depending on speaker jacks, so bring those If you have them.

Mics/Cables: Griz, yes bring the bag of tricks. I think you have four SM58setups and I have more cables and an SM58. Can’t have too many SM58s. BYOsm58 if you have one. Wind is in the forecast and most other mics would make wind noise.

Mic Stands: Not sure what’s up here. Griz, you have some? I have a few but they are cheap. Anyone who has one should probably bring it unless these have been fully covered.

Music Stands: I bring one. Not sure if these are covered. We usually have at least three up front. Have one? Bring one.

Power: Gman dropped off the long strips so it’s covered.

Mic Snake: Gman rescued us on this too.

Keys: Not sure if just the B3 is coming. Any keys should come along with a long ¼” signal patch cable to reach the PA. XLR may work too. I don’t think the snake has a ¼” slot. These may not be needed if the keys have their own amp(s.)

Sheet Music: Don't know if anyone is putting books together.

J Socko
