FDP Forum / Fender Guitars: Telecasters / Tele accommodations while visiting family

Somehow we never have room to pack a guitar and amp in the car when hitting the road to visit family. We're staying at my brother in law's place, a former bandmate. His current guitarist is also a friend and former bandmate of mine who was kind enough to set me up with these two little gems while in town.

The Tele is a 74, the PR is a 71 I think.

I got to fire it up yesterday along with the boys at their rehearsal. Despite being strung with lighter strings than I'm accustomed to and a smaller neck profile than I prefer, ....goodness. There is something about a Tele and Princeton Reverb.

That's my favorite color scheme for a Tele.

[logs on to CL to look for a blonde/rosewood Tele]

It's not just good..

...it's good enough.
