too many guitars and not enough handsApr 25th, 2017 05:36 AM Edit Profile
Or more to the point talk me out of one.
Anyone own or play one?
Give me the good, the bad and the ugly
I mistakenly looked at a local website and they've one in stock (when i say local in Oz 800 miles is local) so i cant play it
but sure looks sweet in the photos and i need another guitar like a hole in the head

I had a GS Mini for a few days when they first came out (not koa.) Extremely impressive guitar that I would have kept if it only had a wider nut - I really prefer 1.75". I'd buy a wider nut version in a heartbeat!
I can honestly say I've never heard anyone say they didn't like a GS Mini.

Hey, how 'bout a fandango?May 3rd, 2017 05:23 PM Edit Profile
Hello. I didn't like my GS and returned it. I tried to like it, I really did but, in the end, I preferred my Baby Taylor.

Great little guitar. I have the K&K mini in mine and it's very gigable.

Anyone else try the Koa one specifically? I had a standard one and really liked it, but let it go in a multi piece trade for my Martin D-17M. I'm curious what if any sound differences folks may hear with the koa model.
