Anyone know of a particular model of slider / fader switch that is the correct size to fit on a Fender Jazzmaster. Don't send me to Mouser etc. it will take forever to find the correct one. Looking to use a slider as a master tone control.250k would be OK.

Whatever you use, you'll have to modify the pickguard to accommodate a fader-type potentiometer.

Go to Mouser whether you want to or not. They will have what you're looking for.

Unless you find these somewhere else.

I was kind of thinking where would it be mounted? What model JM? Does it have the jazz circuit?

A slider/fader could be cool but a pot is so much easier to mount and standard JM wiring already has two tone pots.

Hammond 101, this is for a custom guitar built on a Jazzmaster base. Totally different wiring. Just thought a fader would be a little different.
