This past week I picked up a Rhodes MKII Stage Piano. All the keys play but there are a few notes that sound weird. I think I'm going to get the rebuild kit from Vintage Vibe and fix it up.

I kind of like that this model is passive, no active electronics inside. Just pickups, tone and volume controls.

I ran it thru a Lexicon MX300 effects processor set on Vibrato and that sounded pretty cool. The Lexicon also has reverbs, phaser, and Leslie simulator, so I can play with that stuff.

The upgrade kit from Vintage Vibe turned out great. It included all new tone bar bushings and screws, key felts, and dampers. Installing it all takes a fair amount of work and you will need to retune the thing afterwards. I have the tuning fairly close now by using a Peterson strobe tuner but I think the final tweaks you almost need to do by ear.

The piano was missing it's sustain pedal and rod, so I bought replacements for those.
