tone to the bone no other way

In the Jan '64 BFWK Princeton the following speaker code is found: 67-7738 (see link for picture). As I understand the code process - this is of Eminence manufacture (code 67) made the 38th week of 1977. I know the amp went in for a tune-up sometime in the 70's and I am thinking the speaker was replaced at that time. The model code I am struggling with and have done some research on Eminence's site but have not had a great deal of success. Any thoughts here would be appreciated. The model code is 10VZGA8C.
I've recently replaced the speaker (as it always seemed "sterile") with a WGS 10 Vintage (8 Ohms at 20 watts)....the sound change is spot on with the tone having a nice warmth.

I've also emailed Eminence to see what they can tell me about this speaker.

What model doth she be....

A quick update - per Anthony of Eminence speakers, "I am very sorry, but we do not have very specific information available on a speaker this old. I can only decipher the code you provided, which is basically a bill of materials for the speaker. It is an 8 ohm 10” with a 1.5” voice coil and a 20oz ceramic magnet." Just wondering if it was intended for a PA designed application or a guitar.....
