FDP Forum / Fender Guitars: Stratocasters / Fender 5 way super switch

The Fender diagram part number on the older Fender Fat Strat (HSS) switch is 0050610000 yet I cannot locate it anywhere. All I see is 099-2251-00. I have bought Fender parts many times and the numbers on the parts always matched the numbers in their own diagrams. I am not sure why they are different. Are the 5 way super switches the same as the ones on the early 2000's Fat Strat Texas Special Strats. Are they "4 pole"?

Yes, it is a 4-pole, double wafer super switch. Pinetree's source is good, also available from Allparts, Angela, eBay, etc.
