Does anyone know the basic chord theory on the Gov't Mule version of Worried Down With The Blues.....good song with lot's of chords. Seems like it goes from a minor to a major a couple of times.

Try the below minor chords and explanation.

Sounds a lot like "Still Got the Blues" by Gary Moore to me and a lot of his other slow blues. Seems Warren picked some of that up in his playing.

A great example of a song being both major and minor is the oldie "Runnaway" Verse is minor and chorus is major.
btw love that Mule tune Greg sings his heart out.
