That's really really where I'm from!

Wanted to share pics of my two electromatics. A 5120 with TV jones classics filtertrons and tru-arc bridge plus other cosmetic mods. Also got a new Pro Jet in Silver sparkle which is a killer guitar! Planning to put in some decent dynasonics in it. So one gretsch hollowbody with Filtertrons and a solid body with Dynasonics rounds out my poor man's Gretsch collection!

Gretsch guitar pics are so sexy....lets see yours!

My guitars can be seen on the gretschpages database. Three of the four are just a little outside the most popular models, but really outstanding guitars.

Links can be found on my profile.

I've always liked the looks of the Bo Diddly Thunderbird.

The White Penguin treatment looks GOOD on that.

I've got an oddball Gretsch. It's a "Synchromatic." a remnant of the company's first, brief and failed attempt to produce inexpensive guitars in Asia. It's a cheap guitar, but it's huge fun to play. I upgraded the pickups, so it's sound pretty sweet, too.

It's a keeper

That's a looker! Those cheepie Synchros with the bolt-on necks are really good guitars. Like the MIK Danelectros from the 90s and early 2000s, they are way more guitar than the price would have you believe.
