Seems appropriate in the Telecaster forum. An old band mate and friend sent me this video that was shot by a filmmaker of his current working band. Total improv including the vocalist/lyric. It's like a hybrid of blues, funk and hiphop. Gratuitous shots of his 70 or 71 Tele with 45 years of honest relic work.

I'll start video 5+ minutes in, it's long.

Yeah, my second guitar was a 71 blonde Tele. I wish I kept it. I envy the few smart enough to stay monogamous with their one and only through the years. Seems so much simpler.

Back when I played with Steve the guitarist (early 80's) we were doing sheetkicker country rock, me with a 67 ES-335 and him with, well the same Tele.

Those guys are good! That sort of ad lib 'performing without a net' takes more than a little skill and trust in your bandmates.
