I have a Tele Original Vintage (after-market) neck pickup from around that time. I have had it in my mind all this time that it is Alnico 5, and that right around the time I bought the pickup, Fender changed their Tele Original Vintage neck pickups from Alnico 5 to Alnico 3. If anyone can confirm that to be true or not, please advise. Thank you.
