Going to be moving to a bigger room with an outside wall and double window. Want to "sound proof", yea I know no such thing, as much as possible as will be rehearsing the band and don't want to bother neighbors too much. What's the best material/source for an foam I can make an insert into the window and also use on the rest of the wall?

Here ya go.
A box with extra dead air space behind the insulation towards the window helps too.
