I like some snapback echo in my vocals. I sing through my Fishman Loudbox Performer and Fishman Loudbox Mini using a Shure SM-58 mic. Both amps have onboard Reverb.
What's the preferable unit between these two? I notice that the specs on each mention Phantom Power… does that mean these wouldn't work with my SM-58 since it's a dynamic mic?
Please list all pros & cons.

sm58 will work fine.
